RETURNS
We hope you love everything you receive from Muune. If something isn't quite right, you can start a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Here's everything you need to know:
WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant or fake tan marks.
All returns must be made online — we do not accept in-store returns for online orders.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders placed between 19st–24th December qualify for an extended return period and can be returned up to 15th January.
RECEIVED SOMETHING WRONG?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Faults reported within 3 months of purchase will be reviewed. After this period, any wear is likely considered general wear and tear.
STARTING YOUR RETURN
1. Head to our Returns Portal online.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
4. Choose your preferred shipping method and receive your return label.
5. Drop off your parcel at your nearest collection point.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for this to appear on your statement.
